  • We offer a party packages, event packages, and Princess Play Dates

  • Click the “Booking” tab at the top. From there, you will see the booking window. Once we receive your request, we will confirm availability

  • Dreams Come True Events LLC is a one-woman company, not an agency. You will be always be speaking with Rachael, our CEO and sole performer, from the moment you book. We take pride in being the most affordable entertainment provider in the area, as we want the magic of character entertainment to be accessible for everyone.

  • You can reach us anytime via email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • We require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your event.

    If you would like to pay in full upon booking, please let us know!

  • In the event of a cancellation, you have the option to reschedule in which your non-refundable deposit will be transferred to that day. We ask that you make us aware of a cancellation 48 hours prior to your event. We understand that emergencies may come up on the day of the event and respect last minute cancellations when it comes to them. In the event that we have to cancel, you will be notified as soon as possible and your deposit will be transferred to another day. If another day does not work for you, your deposit will be refunded.

  • Changes are fine, but are subject to availability. We ask that you request these changes 1 week prior to your event. Ultimately, changes are up to our discretion.

  • Travel fees may apply to bookings that are more than 40 miles roundtrip from Rochelle, IL. Toll fees may be applied if they are needed.

  • All deposits are paid via invoice. Balances may be paid via check, cash, or another invoice. If you would like to pay via invoice once again, we ask that you let us know 24 hours out.

  • Tipping is not required, but greatly appreciated!

  • Nope! We are open to any venue as long as it is safe for your performer. Outdoor parties are allowed as long as weather conditions are safe. It must be at least 55 degrees but no hotter than 90. It also must not be raining or snowing — this is to help protect the costume.
